Assemblyman McGuckin Joins BoldAge PACE to Learn More.
BoldAge PACE, Lakehurst (Ocean County), welcomed Assemblyman Gregory McGuckin (R – LD-10) to meet with participants and the PACE team. Seeing PACE in action provided Asm. McGuckin with a firsthand view of comprehensive, person-centered, holistic care and services. Plans of care are focused on addressing social risk factors as well as physical and mental health concerns. Like so many policymakers, Asm. McGuckin understands caregiving from a personal perspective and was interested in learning how PACE addresses aging in communities successfully.
