Caring for an Aging Parent or Family Member? PACE Can Help

If you’re caring for someone 55 or older who needs nursing home level of care, the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) can help them stay at home. PACE provides coordinated medical and social services, including primary care, dental, prescriptions, home care, adult day health care, and transportation to appointments. Participants receive all Medicare and Medicaid services without the limitations those programs normally impose. New Jersey is expanding the PACE program to all 21 counties. Most PACE centers are accepting enrollments now, while others will open over the next 18-24 months. The NJ PACE Association The New Jersey PACE Association was established in 2018 as a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization to promote the common interests of Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly in New Jersey, to further education for those involved in PACE, to advance the development of PACE in New Jersey and to advocate for the PACE model of care.
