Acting NJ Department of Human Services Commissioner, Stephen Cha, M.D., celebrated New Jersey's achievement of having all 21 counties awarded to Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) organizations. New Jersey is among the first states in the nation to accomplish statewide access to PACE for people who are 55 and older who meet the criteria for PACE. This is significant because PACE is a proven solution to helping older adults remain independent living in their communities with the support and care they need.
Dr. Cha's first newsletter (https://tinyurl.com/mah4utvm) heralds this accomplishment and commitment to care for older adults. The NJ PACE Association looks forward to working with Dr. Cha and his team to further the positive impact PACE can have on the lives of older adults and their families.
