FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Trenton, NJ — December 16, 2025 — The New Jersey Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (NJ PACE) Association today announced the launch of its official website, a modern and accessible online hub designed to support older adults, caregivers, healthcare partners, and policymakers across the state.

The new website provides a comprehensive overview of PACE services in New Jersey, offering clear pathways for older adults and their families to learn how the PACE model helps them remain safely in their homes and communities. With improved navigation, mobile-friendly design, and intuitive tools, visitors can easily locate their nearest PACE center, understand eligibility requirements, and explore the full spectrum of coordinated medical, social, and long-term care services available through the program.

“We are thrilled to introduce a digital platform that reflects the innovation, compassion, and quality of care that define PACE in New Jersey,” said Pinni Friedman, President, New Jersey PACE Association. “This website will serve as an essential resource for families seeking supportive care solutions, and for professionals committed to delivering whole-person, community-based services to older New Jerseyans.”

Key features of the new website include:

  • Interactive PACE Center Locator – A statewide interactive map and directory enabling users to quickly find local PACE providers and service areas.
  • Educational Resources – Easy-to-understand content explaining how the PACE model works, eligibility guidelines, cost considerations, and enrollment steps.
  • News & Advocacy Updates – Information on policy developments, statewide initiatives, and the Association’s efforts to expand access to high-quality care.
  • Member Support Tools – Resources related to PACE business partners, National PACE Association resources and other key content.

The NJ PACE Association represents and supports New Jersey’s PACE organizations, working to advance high-quality, integrated care that empowers older adults to maintain independence, dignity, and connection.
