With great pleasure, the New Jersey PACE Association and BoldAge PACE, Oceanport, welcomed Dr. Raynard Washington, Commissioner and Raquel Mazon Jeffers, Deputy Commissioner, Population Health (pictured below) from the New Jersey Department of Health. PACE participants had the opportunity to interact with the DOH leaders and talk about the PACE program’s impact on their well-being. BoldAge Executive Director, Dr. Melissa Gagliano, led the tour and conversation during which case management, primary care, medication management, mental health, transportation and activities of daily living were emphasized as key components of the mission of PACE.
