Lutheran Senior LIFE has expanded to Plainfield and is now proudly serving older adults throughout Union County. Their dedicated team is committed to educating the community and healthcare professionals about the benefits of the PACE.

Recently, the team had the opportunity to meet with the Social Work and Case Management Department at Overlook Medical Center to provide education about PACE and discuss how PACE can serve as a valuable resource for healthcare providers, participants, and their families. This is one way to build strong community partnerships that help older people remain safe, independent, and living in their own homes.
