Union County Welcomes New Lutheran Senior LIFE PACE Organization.
Older persons and people with disabilities can now experience the “magic” of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly in Union County. Coinciding with Older Americans Month which began May 1, Lutheran Senior LIFE has enrolled its first participants at its Union County location in Plainfield, NJ. PACE supports the independence and vitality of people who are older than 55 and people older than 55 with disabilities who are able to live in the community safely at the time they enroll.
