On Oct. 7, NJ PACE Association member Atlanticare LIFE Connection’s Heather Santa-Barbara was a featured panelist along with Alison Horowitz from CHA PACE Alliance (Massachusetts) and Craig Dlugosz from Fallon Weinberg PACE (New York). The trio discussed implementation of self-directed care in PACE and the benefits for participants and the PACE organizations. They also offered the audience key insight into challenges they have faced and how they have worked to overcome them.
